Summer is almost over, and the dawn of my favourite season is upon us. Enter, Autumn trends for 2011. This fall's looks are daring and edgy, but very feminine, (think of women in power with a great fashion sense). So, let's review what I think, will be some of the hautest trends this year.
Say goodbye to the over plucked skinny brow. One of the prominent features on the models of the Oscar De La Renta runways this year, was the natural, thick, and sometimes even boyish brow. If you've over tweezed in the past, fear not! Grab a shadow that matches your brow colour and an angled brush to fill in blanks, then dust with a loose powder. Finish off by running a spooly through the brows in the direction they grow, and VIOLA, a full natural looking brow! Skip the wax and opt for a tiny tweeze, to look groomed, but genuine.
Smoked eyes in metallic colours were all over the runways this year, and with Channel's launch if Illusion D'ombre, it's no wonder this look is quickly hitting the streets. Channel's version a little to pricy for your pocket book? Try L'oreal's Colour Innfalliable for a fraction of the price.
